ABOUT NICK

I am extremely passionate about helping my clients at all stages of their journey. Whether it’s with “Gen Z” and Millennials exploring and creating their paths, “Gen Xers” looking to stabilize and enhance their present dynamics, or “Baby Boomers” reflecting on their life experiences to enhance the future; I offer a diverse skill set and flexible approaches that create a supportive counseling atmosphere and fosters the ability to learn practical tools, and explore abstract concepts.

I also have a vast amount of experience working with couples. I have trained in all levels of  the well- researched Gottman approach and have facilitated thousands of hours of sessions for couples. For those looking to create a solid framework for the future, find connection and balance within daily tasks, and calm the chaos; I would love to help.

I am also a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), able to help individuals and families overcome addiction and strengthen their life dynamics.

I am extremely enthusiastic about my work, and ready to help you.

I conduct both in-person and online sessions.

What to expect

Clear enough to be useful. Calm enough to be honest.

The first conversation helps clarify what brings you in, your preferred format, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

✓

01

Start with the real version

You do not need a perfect summary, the right therapy terms, or a polished explanation to begin.

✓

02

Make the pattern visible

The work can help name what keeps repeating in a relationship, in recovery, or in the pressure you carry.

✓

03

Leave with something usable

Reflection matters most when it makes ordinary life feel more manageable and intentional.
